REGGIO EMILIA – Interrogations of Saman’s uncle, Danish Hasnain, cannot be used for procedural purposes. This was decided by the Assize Court of Reggio Emilia, before which the trial is being conducted in which Danish Hasnain, the father, was also accused of murder. Shabbar Abbas and mother Nazia Shaheenas instigators, as well as relatives Noumanoulaq Noumanoulaq and Ikram Ijazas material executors together with the uncle.
